Your role

The Trade Marketeer AVD (Audio, Video and Display) will be responsible for campaign management and merchandising activities. Working in very close collaboration with the E-commerce Product Manager AVD your goal is to accelerate growth for the AV product category. Executing the Sales and Marketing plans of the AVD product group in the market, within the strategy and guidelines of Samsung.

Your responsibilities

Your main responsibility as a Trade Marketeer AVD (together with the ecommerce team) is driving the vision, development, and measurement of exceptional shopping experience for Samsung.com in the Benelux.

Besides that, your responsibilities are the following:

• Manage and execute the Sales & Marketing calendar: design, coordinate and evaluation of the campaigns and promo’s including e.g., new product launches.
• Working closely with the digital marketing team to optimize traffic and ensure campaigns and promos are translated into communication for the different owned and paid marketing channels (including data analysis). 
• Together with the Product Manager you are the key driver to improve CR%.  Continuously working on campaign and promo visibility, initiating small CX improvements and leading CX projects with the goal to enhance the customer shopping experience and satisfaction.
• Own the end-to-end customer journey and drive this in every touchpoint, working closely with different teams in the organization, e.g., content -, platform - and UX team. From product positioning to Frequently Asked Questions, optimize the customer journey for pre-sale to post sale to ensure a flawless experience.
• Lead execution for the Performance Advertisement activities: cooperate with the media agencies and Corporate Marketing for the optimal Digital Media investments (Search / Shopping / Affiliate). Evaluation of the investments on a regular base with the set KPI’s (ROAS).

Preferred qualifications

As a Trade Marketeer AVD you have the following qualification(s):

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar position within e-commerce/D2C environment
• Bachelor’s degree
• English (near) native and preferable Dutch
• You are very strong in stakeholder management
